Our History
Pharmaceutical Careers, Inc. was founded in 1969 and was one of the first executive recruitment firms specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Today we are a full service recruitment firm specializing in Permanent and Contract positions in the growing Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical & Biotechnology industries. We work on a contingency basis or by search agreement.

Tom Bramswig joined Pharmaceutical Careers in 1985 and brought with him his experience in H.R. staffing from Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals (American Home Products) and Philip Morris, Inc.

Helping H.R. professionals
By having a wide-ranging network within the healthcare industry, we are able to target and recruit the best candidates with the right experience to "hit the ground running." We save recruiting time by always recruiting and contacting experienced candidates. Our in-house database of candidates is a powerful tool in quickly locating potential candidates.

We promote our firm and the positions we recruit by frequently advertising in industry publications like: ACRP, DIA, RAPS, AMWA, JAMA, NEJM and others.

In March 1996 Pharmaceutical Careers establish this website on the Internet. We have a targeted audience of experienced professionals and we are highly ranked on a number of search engines. Our web site has quickly become a great asset.

We have career opportunities for experienced professionals who can join a company and rapidly assume the responsibilities of the position. We know the current nationwide employment market and our pharmaceutical and biotech clients present new opportunities weekly.
